Define Edges. Draw Lines. Perfect Details.
Unlock next-level nail art precision with the Roubloff Liner & Striper Nail Art Brushes. These essential tools are meticulously crafted for drawing the finest lines, achieving perfect geometric patterns, and creating intricate, detailed designs that demand accuracy and control.
Hand-made in Russia, each brush features high-quality, long-lasting synthetic filaments that form an exceptionally sharp point and a consistent, narrow body. This construction allows you to load the right amount of gel and draw extended lines without having to reload, ensuring your work is crisp and fluid.
Liner Brushes (Short & Medium Length):
Length: Typically $5$mm to $9$mm.
Use: The shorter length provides maximum control for fine, detailed work like tiny florals, facial features, micro-designs, and filling in small areas. They are perfect for achieving very crisp smile lines when defining a French tip.
Striper Brushes (Long Length):
Length: Typically $11$mm to $20$mm.
Use: The extra-long bristles are specifically designed to be flexible yet stiff enough to draw long, straight, parallel lines (stripes), plaid patterns, and abstract flowing strokes in a single, continuous motion without breaking the line.1 They are excellent for creating sharp geometric designs.
Prep Your Gel: Use a small amount of highly pigmented painting gel or gel polish consistency paint on a palette. This ensures the line is opaque and doesn't bleed.
Load the Brush: Glide the brush through the gel paint multiple times while rotating it until the bristles form a perfectly sharp, conical point and the paint is evenly coating the entire length of the bristle tip, but not overloaded.
Drawing Lines (Striper): Hold the striper brush nearly perpendicular ($90^\circ$) to the nail surface. Apply very light, consistent pressure and pull the brush toward you in one continuous movement. Use your pinky finger as a resting point on the nail table or on the client's hand for stabilization.
Drawing Details (Liner): For detail work with the liner brush, hold the brush at a lower angle (closer to $45^\circ$). Use the very tip of the point for micro-details, applying the slightest amount of pressure to ensure the line is as thin as possible.
Cleaning: Immediately after use, wipe the brush gently with a lint-free wipe dampened with brush cleanser. Never cure residual gel paint in the brush, as this will permanently damage the delicate point.
Achieve salon-quality lines and details that pop with the Roubloff difference.
