SAGA Stamping Paint 13
SAGA Professional Stamping Paint – Shade #13 (8 ml)
Product Overview
SAGA Stamping Paint #13 is a high-performance, air-dry lacquer specifically engineered for professional nail stamping and intricate decorative detailing. Joining the metallic collection as the primary jewel tone, shade #13 is a vibrant Metallic Blue. It is formulated with an extreme density of metallic micro-particles to ensure that even the most complex designs are transferred with 100% opacity and sharp definition.
Key Features
-
Shade #13 (Metallic Blue): A deep, royal sapphire blue with a brilliant metallic luster. It provides a striking, high-contrast finish that pops dramatically against light bases like silver or white, and adds a "galactic" depth when used over black.
-
Extreme Pigment Density: Designed for "one-swipe" coverage. The pigment remains rich and solid even when stretched across the finest, hair-thin lines of a stamping plate.
-
Optimized Drying Time: This specialized formula is designed to stay workable on the stamping plate for a clean pickup, while air-drying rapidly once transferred to the nail to prevent smudging or blurring.
-
Non-Bleeding Formula: The high-viscosity liquid stays strictly within the etched grooves of the stamping plate, resulting in crisp, sharp edges for geometric, lace, and celestial patterns.
-
Versatile Art Utility: While optimized for stamping, its smooth flow and high opacity make it an excellent choice for hand-painting "liquid metal" accents, fine-line monograms, and outlining.

Professional Application Guide
-
Preparation: Apply your base color and cure. (A matte top coat is often used before stamping to provide a better "anchor" for the paint).
-
Plate Application: Apply a stripe of Stamping Paint #13 to the edge of your chosen design on the stamping plate.
-
The Scrape: Use a scraper at a 45-degree angle to quickly pull the paint across the design, removing all excess from the plate's surface.
-
The Pickup: Roll your silicone stamper over the design with a light, firm motion to lift the metallic blue image.
-
The Transfer: Press or roll the stamper onto the nail surface in a single, smooth motion.
-
The Seal: Allow the paint to air-dry for approximately 20–30 seconds, then apply a high-gloss top coat to protect the metallic brilliance.
Best Use Cases
-
Celestial & Galaxy Art: Perfect for stamping stars, moons, and constellations over a dark or "cat-eye" base.
-
Nautical Designs: Provides a sophisticated metallic twist to anchors, stripes, and wave patterns.
-
Jewelry Accents: Use it to create "sapphire" frames or intricate filigree that mimics expensive enamel jewelry work.
