SAGA Professional Stamping Paint Chrome No. 01 (Rose/Pink Chrome)

In the SAGA Chrome/Metallic collection, No. 01 is a high-shine Rose Pink Chrome. Unlike the flat "powder pink" enamel, this paint contains ultra-fine metallic pigments that create a reflective, liquid-metal finish on the nail.

It is a favorite for elegant, feminine designs, providing a mirror-like sheen that looks especially stunning for wedding lace, floral accents, or geometric linework.

Key Product Features

  • Metallic Rose Finish: A bright, reflective pink with a chrome-like luster. It mimics the appearance of polished metal rather than traditional glitter.

  • High Opacity: Despite its light color, the metallic density allows it to stand out sharply against dark backgrounds like black or navy, while looking delicate over white.

  • Air-Dry Formula: This is a lacquer-based paint. It dries naturally in 15–20 seconds and does not require a UV/LED lamp.

  • Fluid Consistency: The formula is slightly thinner than the cream series to allow the metallic flakes to "leaf" or flatten out, which is what creates the smooth chrome effect.

Professional Usage Tips

  • Shake Well: Metallic particles are heavy and settle at the bottom. Shake the bottle vigorously before each use to ensure the color is consistent and the "chrome" effect is even.

  • Speed is Key: Chrome paints tend to dry slightly faster than enamels. You have a very narrow window (about 2–3 seconds) to pick up the design after scraping.

  • Maintenance: Clean your stamping plate thoroughly with 100% pure acetone to ensure no metallic residue remains in the grooves, which can dull future designs.

  • Preserving the Shine: To keep the "mirror" look, apply your top coat using the "floating" technique. If you rub the brush against the paint, you may "drag" the metallic particles and lose the chrome finish.
