SAGA Stamping Paint 5
SAGA Professional Stamping Paint No. 05 (Violet)
While No. 04 is the soft lilac, SAGA Professional Stamping Paint No. 05 is the power-player of the purples. It is a rich, saturated Violet (or Deep Grape). This shade is highly prized by nail artists for its "ink-like" quality and dramatic impact.
Key Product Features
-
Deep Violet Enamel Finish: A solid, intense purple with a creamy finish. It provides a luxurious, high-contrast look that is especially effective for "Gothic," floral, or galactic-themed art.
-
Superior Opacity: This is one of the most opaque shades in the SAGA line. Because of its depth, it pops vividly against light colors and retains its true violet hue even when stamped over dark charcoal or black.
-
Air-Dry Formula: Lacquer-based and fast-acting. It air-dries naturally in 15–20 seconds, removing the need for UV/LED lamp curing during the stamping process.
-
Texture & Flow: Formulated to be thick and smooth, ensuring that even the most microscopic details of a stamping plate are filled and transferred without blurring.
-
Foil Casting Compatible: Retains a slight "tacky" phase immediately after stamping, which allows you to press purple or holographic foils onto the design for extra dimension.

Pro Application Tips
-
High Contrast Pairings: For a striking look, stamp No. 05 over a metallic silver, a pale grey, or a soft mint base.
-
Clean-up Caution: Deep purple pigments can be very strong. When cleaning your stamping plate with 100% pure acetone, change your lint-free wipe frequently to avoid spreading a purple haze across the rest of the plate.
-
Stamper Care: Use a lint roller to remove the purple residue from your silicone stamper. Never use acetone on the stamper head, as it will make it cloudy and less effective at picking up fine lines.
-
Sealing: As with all highly pigmented paints, "float" your top coat. Use a generous bead of product so the brush glides over the violet design without dragging the pigment.
