It gives nail technicians the exact tools needed to offer truly custom artistic services. Recommended Use

1. Prep & Base: Prep nails with a base coat and cure for 30–60 seconds in an LED lamp.

2. Background: Apply your favorite base or background color gel and cure completely.

3. Apply Ink: Shake well before use (separation is normal). Apply drops of Bleeding Ink Blue BI-09 to the nail.

4. Activate & Blend: Dip a pointed art brush into alcohol (Do Not Use Acetone) and gently tap or smoosh the ink to create your desired marble, watercolor, or abstract designs.

5. Air Dry: Allow the ink to air dry for a few seconds (no curing needed for the ink itself).

6. Seal: Seal your finished artwork with a top coat (such as Kokoist Ultra Glossy Non-Wipe Top Coat) and cure according to top coat specifications.
