The ÜLKA Jupiter 10V is a professional-grade, high-capacity hot air sterilizer designed for beauty salons, manicure/pedicure studios, and cosmetology centers. Engineered for maximum efficiency and instrument safety, it uses vertical tool loading to process up to 10 sets of manicure tools (in kraft bags) simultaneously. It ensures complete thermal destruction of viruses, bacteria, and fungi while maintaining the integrity and sharpness of professional metal instruments.

Key Features

  • High Capacity & Vertical Loading: Holds up to 10 kraft paper bags or sets of unbagged metal tools at once using a space-saving vertical arrangement.

  • Pre-Set & Customizable Sterilization Modes: Features standard, certified thermal sterilization programs (e.g., 180°C for 60 min, 200°C for 30 min) along with drying modes (80°C for 30 min, 160°C for 150 min).

  • Precise Microprocessor Control: Electronic control panel with clear LED displays for real-time monitoring of temperature and countdown timers.

  • Uniform Heat Distribution: Internal hot-air circulation system guarantees even heat spread throughout the entire chamber without cold spots.

  • Stainless Steel Interior: Heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant stainless steel chamber designed for long-term daily professional use.

  • Safety & Emergency Cut-Off: Built-in overheating protection system ensures safe operation and automatically shuts off in case of thermal anomalies.

Operating Instructions

1.Preparation & Tool Loading:Ensure tools are clean and completely dry before loading.

Disinfect, clean, and dry all metal instruments thoroughly. Place tools into kraft bags (or open tray racks) and arrange them vertically inside the chamber to ensure proper airflow between bags.

2.Power On & Mode Selection:Select the required sterilization or drying cycle.

Plug in the device and turn on the main power switch. Select the desired pre-set program on the digital panel (e.g., standard 180°C / 60 minutes for kraft-bagged instruments).

3.Sterilization Cycle:Allow automated heating, exposure, and timing.

Close and latch the chamber door firmly. The sterilizer will heat up to the selected temperature and automatically begin the sterilization countdown timer once the target temperature is reached.

4.Cool Down & Unloading:Use heat-resistant gloves or tray holders.

Once the timer finishes and the signal sounds, wait for the unit to cool down. Carefully remove the sterilized kraft bags or trays using heat-resistant gloves or special tongs.

Step 1: Pre-Process & Clean the Instruments

  1. Disinfect, scrub, and thoroughly dry all metal and glass tools before placing them into the device. Do not place wet tools or chemical residues inside.

  2. Insert tools into heat-resistant kraft pouches (e.g., 100×200 mm or 60×100 mm).

  3. Seal the bags properly, ensuring the indicator strips face outward for visibility.

Step 2: Load the Chamber Properly

  1. Open the front door and pull out the horizontal stainless-steel tray rack.

  2. Arrange kraft bags flat or side-by-side.

Important: Leave space between pouches. Do not overlap or overpack the chamber so the internal fan can circulate hot air evenly across all tools.

Step 3: Power On & Select Mode

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet and toggle the main power switch ON.

  2. Use the digital control interface to pick your process mode:

    • Sterilization Cycle: Select 200°C for 30 minutes or 180°C for 60 minutes.

    • Drying / Pre-Heat Cycle: Select 80°C for 30 minutes or 160°C for 150 minutes.

  3. Confirm settings and start the cycle.

Step 4: Warm-Up & Automated Cycle

  1. The internal fan will engage to circulate air.

  2. The unit will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to reach target temperature.

  3. Timer Start: The sterilization timer only starts counting down after the chamber successfully reaches the set temperature.

  4. An audible chime/beep will sound when the cycle finishes.

Step 5: Cool Down & Safe Unloading

  1. Once the cycle finishes, allow the unit to cool down before opening.

  2. Wear heat-resistant gloves or use the included medical tweezers/tray removal tool to extract hot bags.

  3. Verify that the indicator on the kraft pouches has changed color to confirm a successful sterilization pass.

Troubleshooting Checklist (If it still won't run):

  • No Power / Display Off: Check the main power cord and inspect the rear fuse compartment. Verify the 250V / 6A fuse is intact.

  • Timer Isn't Counting Down: The machine is likely still in the 15–20 minute warm-up phase. The timer will remain static until the sensors register the set target heat level.

  • Emergency Shutdown Triggered: If the door is opened mid-cycle or thermal sensors register overheating, the safety cut-off engages. Power off the machine, wait 10 minutes, and restart.
